HPE Networking Instant On's SG1004 offers both Gigabit speeds and airtight network security for SMBs and demanding home offices, featuring one uplink port, two downlink ports, and a switchable uplink/downlink port for an extra LAN connection or a multi-WAN setup as required. Being both compact and Gigabit capable, the SG1004 can be incorporated into a huge range of networks and use-cases, offering an adaptable and high-speed Gigabit solution.
In addition to its networking features, the SG1004 incorporates a wide range of security measures and protocols, without requiring a license or subscription; IDS/IPS and a Stateful Firewall with policy-based traffic control offers active threat monitoring, and the dual WAN ports guarantee WAN resiliency in the event of an ISP's network disruption. The SG1004 can be provisioned and monitored through a single-pane of glass by utilising HPE's Instant On Cloud Portal / App, with automated firmware updates for effortless remote management.
