The NetBox 5 ax is a robust outdoor device with dual-chain capabilities, serving multiple functions such as AP/CPE/Point-to-point setups. Featuring a powerful 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 radio, it includes convenient RP-SMA connectors allowing for easy integration of additional antennas like the HGO-antenna-OUT for an exceptional omnidirectional AP setup, or the mANT30 PA antenna for establishing a strong long-range point-to-point connection.
The Netbox 5 ax is built to withstand various weather conditions, and houses a modern Qualcomm Maple CPU based on the ARM architecture, alongside 256 MB of RAM. It is equipped with a USB port for supplementary storage or other requirements, and a Gigabit Ethernet port supporting PoE-in. Designed with sysadmins in mind, the case of the NetBox 5 ax is crafted for user convenience.
The bottom conceals Ethernet exits behind a protective door, and it also features a mounting loop for easy tower/pole installation, and provides a separate DIN rail mount option.
